We’re kicking off the year with some great features! We’re adding new connectors for SMS and event management and continuing to add functionality to our new campaign automation builder. In this release, we will include a connector to Cvent, allowing marketers to integrate Cvent data into CRM in the same way as our GoToMeeting, WebEx and Eventbrite event management MessageNet Connector With over 12 years of service, MessageNet is the leading Australian SMS (text messaging) service with one of the most reliable SMS services available in Australia. In this release, ClickDimensions will include a MessageNet connector which, along with our existing Twilio and BulkSMS connectors, provides even more robust SMS service to our customers. Participants in a Campaign Automation In this update, we have added the capability to view which participants are actively moving through a campaign automation. You can also see which campaign automations a contact or lead is participating in from within their Contact or Lead record.
