View Nurtures on the Contact or Lead Record in CRM
To limit how much time is spent searching for the nurtures that a specific lead/contact has gone through, you can customize the lead/contact entity in your CRM by adding an iframe. *If you are NOT familiar with CRM customization, we suggest contacting your CRM partner to do this for you. If you are comfortable making these changes, here is how you can do this: First, go to Settings > Customizations > Customize System. This will bring up your default solution. You will need to click Entities > Contact > Form. We are going to do the contact entity for this example, but you can follow this same process for the lead entity. First thing you need to do is get the external URL for your nurture programs that will be used for the iframe. You will need to go to the ClickDimensions contact form to access this. Next, double click the nurture program navigation button on the lower right hand side. When the “Navigation Link Properties” window pops up, you will need to copy the whole external URL and store it in Notepad for later use. Once you have the URL, go back to the active forms view and access the form you need to customize. Select the form you are using to view your contacts in your CRM.
