ClickDimensions New Release: Campaign Automation, Power BI, and More!
Each quarter, we release new features, enhancements and updates to the ClickDimensions marketing automation solution. Our latest release will begin rolling out next week, with deployment continuing through November. This release will be staggered, meaning different locations will receive the release at different times in order to provide you with a better experience in updating the solution. We are really excited to announce the new features included in this release: Campaign Automation Builder ClickDimensions’ customers with a standard or higher license level, using CRM 2011 or newer, will receive the new campaign automation builder at no additional charge. The campaign automation builder will allow you to setup different paths based on actions taken by a lead or contact. Actions can be triggered when the contact/lead is added to a CRM marketing list, submits a form, or opens or clicks on a specific email (you can even choose specific links from an email). Decision nodes allow for contacts/leads to follow a different path based on their actions. Campaign automations will be able to do everything our current nurtures can do and more!
