The numbers below reflect the most recent quarter. In the 3rd quarter of 2015 we surveyed call volume from 716 companies using our session-level call analytics product. We found that there was a 4.87% increase in call volume for these companies compared to the 3rd quarter of 2014. The month by month breakdown is below. July 2014/July 2015 +7.12% August 2014/August 2015 +11.6% September 2014/September 2015 -3.08% The companies in this report make up industries that include professional services, e-commerce, healthcare services, home services, automotive, retail, and various types of local businesses.
