Automated Opt-In Reminders
Have you ever wanted to make sure someone gets the option to sign up for your newsletter? You send out a link to sign up for your newsletter, but you want to make sure that those who do not click on the link get a second chance to sign up. Well lucky for you, there is an easy way to do this with our new campaign automation! For our example, a person fills out a form and gets emailed a link to a subscription management page. However, some recipients do not click the link to go to the subscription page to complete their sign up. You want to identify those contacts so that you can send them a reminder to finish the process of signing up. To start, we’ll navigate in CRM to Marketing > Campaign Automation, and then click “new” to start a new campaign automation. When the new campaign automation screen opens, give the campaign automation a name. Then save the campaign automation and click “Open Builder”. Once you are in the builder, you will want to add a submitted form trigger. Just drag the trigger over onto the grid. Then click on the trigger and fill in the display name and select form fields on the right-hand side. You will want to select the form you send out with the link to the subscription page.
