How to See a List of Leads and Contacts Currently Running Through a Nurture Program
The nurture timeline is a great reporting feature ClickDimensions provides to work with nurture programs. This shows the sequence of events for all leads and contacts that have ever run through the nurture. However, if you’re interested in another way to see only the lead and/or contact records that are currently in a nurture program, consider the following setup: Create a static-type marketing list in CRM that is designed to contain leads or contacts currently going through a particular nurture program. This is designed to “parallel” the nurture (different than if you directly associated a marketing list with a nurture). If you have both lead and contact records running through a nurture program, be sure to create a static-type list each for lead entities and contact entities. Remember, ClickDimensions nurture programs only work with static-type marketing lists within CRM. This is because dynamic-type marketing lists within CRM are really more of a query than an actual list; members are constantly being added and removed based on set criteria. For this setup, the first step in your nurture program should be the “add to marketing list” node within the nurture builder; the lead or contact record will remain on the current nurture track (whether they were added to a marketing list associated with the active nurture, or whether they were added to the nurture as an individual record—it does not matter).
