There’s a lot going on here at ClickDimensions. We made the INC 500 list at #227 and are the 2nd fastest growing private software company in Georgia and 25th fastest growing private software company in the United States according. To tee things up even more, recent changes at Microsoft have pushed their CRM product into the mainstream Microsoft sales force. This will create even more market opportunity for our ClickDimensions marketing automation solution which is built natively into Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM platform and is the most reviewed solution on Microsoft’s marketplace.
While our ClickDimensions product line is on track to do very well over the coming years, we asked ourselves the question; how do we make this a billion-dollar company? Just over two years ago, we sat down to answer that question and plan the next level of growth for the company; Automational.
Through the ClickDimensions product, we learned that having sales (CRM) and marketing as a single, all-in-one solution is far more valuable than giving sales and marketing teams different solutions that constantly synch a subset of data back and forth. With this information in hand, we looked to the very large market of small business worldwide. There are millions of smaller business across the world that can’t afford he time or expense of buying CRM and marketing automation and integrating them together. To solve this challenge and create a huge opportunity for our company we created Automational.
Automational combines features previously only available across a variety of systems including Marketing Automation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Email Marketing, Web Form Lead Capture, Web Visitor Tracking and more. Automational provides all the sales and marketing features small businesses need in an easy to use, ‘all-in-one’ solution. As small businesses increasingly learn the value of marketing automation, we will be ready with the best solution on the market backed by the best team and in-app learning.
To help us build the go to market strategy for Automational, we brought on veteran software executive Wain Kellum to our board of directors. Wain has lead and grown with several successful software companies, most notably for us Vocalocity, which sold into tens of thousands of small businesses. Although Automational just launched last month, we are already seeing great customer traction and early users are giving very positive feedback about the solution.
Great product, huge market. Now it’s time to do what we do best; execute!
