Alex will manage our technical support and marketing success manager (MSM) teams to ensure that we exceed our customers’ needs. Alex joins ClickDimensions from Hitachi Solutions where he was Director of Professional Services. In that role, Alex managed consultants and large Dynamics CRM implementations.
